After what seemed like a never-ending drive through an unforgiving snowstorm, I was relieved to finally be almost home. Then disaster struck when my jeep got swept off the road by a gust of wind and half way into a ditch full of snow! This happened during the holiday season so of course nobody was available to help... except these guys!

Miraculously, within 10 mins after our call they were already taking care of business! Brandon was very cool and patient with the situation my vehicle was in and was able to use his skill and experience to get it winched out of its predicament. Needless to say, if ever fate gets me stuck again - these are who I'm calling without hesitation !

Called Brandon to see if he could move a large gun safe. He was able to get the safe moved same day. Fast efficient and the cost was fair. I would recommend Brandon for all your moving needs.

This company is seriously top-notch! I flipped my vehicle on the Glen Highway and this company was extremely quick to arrive. They contract with my insurance company, and made it extremely easy to do business. Their documentation is extremely detailed in the event you need it for reimbursement. Above all, I felt like the driver genuinely cared for me and my situation. While he was pulling my vehicle out of the ditch, he allowed me to stay in his truck to keep warm. I was quite shaken up, and the driver continuously checked on me. Additionally, he offered to drive me home. Due to covid, many companies are residing that service at the time, and this company did not hesitate to offer a helping hand. The driver also provided a safety vest for my friend and I so that we could remain as safe as possible while we were outside the vehicle. To my surprise, the driver checked up on me the day following just to make sure I was okay and also asked if there was anything the company could do better to provide the best customer service possible. I honestly couldn't think of anything the company could improve. This is by far some of the best customer service I have received. Incredible! I will certainly be using this company again if I ever need roadside assistance.

Super friendly, efficient and professional. Needed flat bed to haul our limping Subaru warrior to Anchorage Subaru dealer for mechanical issue. Local mechanical assistance gave up trying to understand the problem. John Wayne rode to the rescue and Brandon says he gets cheered on a lot lately.

John Wayne was the BEST! He not only pulled out my vehicle, but since I got it stuck by trying to avoid the fallen tree in my yard from our wind storm, he moved that too! So friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish we could get him every time we call for roadside assistance!

Out plowing driveways in eagle river and my 4 wheel drive got stuck in 4 low they sent the driver out right away stayed in contact with me and got to me fast loaded me up and got my truck dropped off at the dealership and took me home super friendly respectful and took good care of my truck

My teen got stuck in a ditch after hitting a slick patch of ice at 6:00am. John came quickly, got me into the truck and off the road, and he went right to work. He took pictures, got the vehicle out of the ditch fast and we were on our way. Thanks John!

Brandon was referred to us by another snow removal person whose truck was out of service. He has cleared our driveway twice. We appreciate that he does a very thorough job and is also reasonably priced. On-line payment is also convenient.

Stuck on the side of the highway and Brandon stopped to check how things were. He got John out to me in 30 minutes where other companies were saying 2 hours. Brandon stayed and tried to help with the issue my truck was having.
